MEET THE MATCHMAKER

Terms of service

Matchmaker is an adult matchmaking service in Raleigh operated by Udacha LLC. You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, respect boundaries and consent, and comply with our safety and conduct rules.

The first cycle is complimentary. After a completed cycle, $5 activates the next active search. You are not charged per candidate or subscribed to recurring consumer billing. Matchmaker cannot promise an introduction, date, attraction or relationship.

We use automated assistants and human review. Tell us when information is inaccurate. Participation and contact sharing are voluntary. You can pause or close your account.

Harassment, threats, stalking, deception and unwanted sexual conduct are prohibited. Cancel promptly if unable to attend. Repeated no-shows may lead to suspension and human review; no automatic no-show charge is imposed.

Payments use Stripe-hosted Checkout. Contact hello@meetthematchmaker.com for a refund or billing dispute; requests receive human review. No additional dating fees apply without a revised policy and your agreement.

SMS program terms

Program: Meet The Matchmaker / Matchmaker. If you separately opt in to service texts, we may send potential-match questions, service updates, availability and scheduling messages, arrival coordination, payment/service links, reminders and debrief prompts. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Calling Matchmaker or using the website does not by itself enroll you in SMS. You may opt in verbally during a call or through the separate SMS opt-in form. See our Privacy Policy.
